About Creamy Italian dressing

Research draft based on the references below. These notes describe particular recipes and presentations; ingredient connections are still being reviewed.

Natasha Kravchuk presents a creamy Italian dressing. In her account, mayonnaise and Parmesan add the creamy element to this selected version.

Extra-virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar are combined with finely grated Parmesan and mayonnaise. Granulated sugar and pressed garlic join them.

Dried oregano, parsley and basil provide the selected herb mixture. Fine sea salt and black pepper are also included.

All the ingredients are placed in a mason jar, covered tightly and shaken until well combined and emulsified. More of the same salt is offered to taste.

This selection takes the author’s option to use the dressing right away. Her green-salad and pasta-salad suggestions remain separate uses of the dressing.
