About Kuih Mor
Kuih mor, also known as kuih momo, are small celebration cookies with a delicate, crumbly texture. Sunflower’s Bruneian-style rendition combines ghee, milk powder and icing sugar in a rich, milky dough.
The cookies have a pale sugar coating and a rounded shape. Their texture is fragile and melting, with the flavour of ghee standing alongside the sweetness of the coating.
