About Crni Rizot
SJ’s crni rižot presents her mother-in-law’s coastal Croatian black risotto. Cuttlefish, calamari and prawns share the dish with Carnaroli rice and stock made from the same seafood.
The seafood gives the risotto its pronounced marine character. Onion, garlic, white wine and Vegeta season the rice, with butter and parsley completing the flavour.
